You may be asking yourself how far you can drive an electric car before needing to re-charge it.  The amazing fact is that electric cars can usually travel for about a hundred miles before needing a charge.  The major downside is that you need to allow that battery to charge for several hours before you can use it.  They are perfectly fine for city driving and those who don’t have to go long distances on a regular basis.

Chances are you probably think that alternative energies can’t possibly be any good and that the electric car will be slow. But the fact is that electric cars have been clocked at over one hundred miles per hour and can go from zero to that in less than nine seconds!
